On 21st January 2023, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn royally appointed Air Chief Marshal Satitpong Sukvimol, the Lord Chamberlain of the Bureau of the Royal Household and the Director-General of the Crown Property Bureau, to preside to the opening ceremony of the store. Senior executives of the Crown Property Bureau as well as Suvarnachad Company Limited under the Royal Patronage were also present including Mrs.Nualphan Lamsam, the Director of the Company.
This newly opened Golden Place Store in Nakhon Sawan Province is the twenty-first branch of all and is the fifth branch in provincial cities after the earlier opening of Phetchaburi branch. The store is situated along Chao Phraya River in the city centre and is in close proximity with Nakhon Sawan Municipality Fresh Market and Bon Kai Market.
The building designed is based on the “Golden Place” identity, featuring gable roof entrance and simple interior. The aim is to establish a marketplace for local Thai farmers, where the Royal Project products and organic produces will be available for local families who are keen on healthy diet. The store is open daily from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm.
